Agent skills I use across projects: my own, and forks of other people's that I've changed. They come in five families, and the main one, the effort workflow, takes a feature from an idea to a merged pull request: a thinking session decides what to build, and a fresh orchestrator builds it. They work with Claude Code, Codex and any agent the skills CLI supports.
